Peanut Dressing 

Ingredients

• 3 tbsp peanut butter
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp honey
• 2 garlic clove
• fresh lemon juice, from one lemon
• splash water 

Mixed salad greens of your choice, My suggestion is : 

• handful of lettuce
• 1/4 cup fresh corn
• 1 medium chopped tomato
• green onion 

Instruction

add all the dressing ingredients in a food processor

Blend until you reach your desire consistently
Add more water as needed
serve the dressing over your salad, enjoy :)

صوص الفول السوداني

المكونات 

• ٣ ملاعق زبدة الفول السوداني
• ٢ ملعقة زيت زيتون
• ١ ملعقة عسل
• ٢ فص ثوم
• عصير ليمون، من ليمونة واحدة
• رشة ماء

اختاري سلطة خضراء من اختيارك، انا اخترت:

• خس
• ١/٤ كوب ذرة طازجة
• ١ طماطم مقطعة مربعات صغيرة
• بصل أخضر

الطريقة : 

أضيفي جميع مكونات الصوص في خلاط الطعام

اخلطي جيدًاحتى يتكوّن لك خليط ناعم 

يمكن اضافة الماء لتخفيف الخليط 

اسكبي الصوص فوق سلطتك المفضلة، وبالعافية :)
