Banana Pineapple Smoothie | سموذي الموز والأناناس

One of my favorite smoothie ever, rich in fiber, vitamins( B1-B4-A-C), iron, potassium and protein, and sooooo deeeelicious.

BANANA-PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients 
  • 1 medium Banana
  • ½ cup Pineapple
  • ½ cup Spinach
  • 4 Dates
  • ½  tbsp Chia Seed
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 
  • 1 cup Water
  • Ice 

Instruction
add all ingredients in a blander, blend until smooth, serve and enjoy
